What kind of machine do you own? I sew primarily on my Husqvarna Viking Sapphire 930. Recently inherited a Bernina sewing machine and serger, so have been playing with those as well! And I still have my trusty Janome Magnolia 7318, the machine I learned to sew on!

Are you available for hire? I am open to contract sewing/commission opportunities on a case-by-case basis.

Why do you sew? What does sewing mean to you?

I didn’t know anything about quilting – or even that there was an entire community of people making them – before I started working at Timeless Treasures. I started working there in 2010 and caught the bug soon after! I love to make quilt and gifts for loved ones, and try to squeeze in projects for myself in between. My favorite thing about sewing and quilting is there is always something new to learn or make. My to-make list is always growing… It never gets old. I love the feeling of spotting a new fabric, pattern or tool that makes me want to drop everything and run to my sewing machine! And as a member of the NYC Metro Mod Quilters Guild, I have a wonderful community of quilty friends who teach and inspire me constantly.
